1. Use of the service

You may use ChannelScope only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your activity on the platform and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connected services

ChannelScope may allow you to connect third-party services such as YouTube. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Availability or changes to third-party services may affect certain features of ChannelScope.

4. Billing and subscriptions

ChannelScope may offer both free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing and subscription renewals may be handled by a third-party billing provider such as Stripe. The applicable price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown at checkout.

By starting a paid subscription you authorize the billing provider to charge the applicable fees in accordance with its terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal or as otherwise provided in the product.

5. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that ChannelScope will be available at all times. The service may change, be improved or be interrupted from time to time, for example due to maintenance, updates, changes to third-party services or unexpected issues.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, for example, not attempting to reverse engineer the platform, not interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure, and not using the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive activities.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ChannelScope if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. If you cancel a paid subscription, you may continue to have access until the end of the current billing period, subject to the terms of the billing provider.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ChannelScope is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Analytics and revenue data are based on information from third-party APIs and may not always be perfectly complete or accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, ChannelScope and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the product or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of ChannelScope after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
